Trisita automates the preventative maintenance programme by integrating the BIM model with the facilities management system. BIM allows us to integrate an existing software package for data supplementation and reliable maintenance. We use BIM to improve space management and educate facility managers on how to use space effectively fast and visually. Furthermore, we provide building analyses for sustainability programmes such as LEED-EBOM.
