- Refund Eligibility: We offer a 5 days money-back guarantee only if the software license key has not been activated.
- Non-Refundable: Once a software license key has been activated or downloaded, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. We highly recommend utilizing any available free trials or demos before making a purchase.
2. Support Services
- Fees paid for technical support services, consultations, or custom development are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
- If you cancel an ongoing support subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active cycle.
3. Requesting a Refund To request a refund for an unactivated product, please email contact@trisita.com with your receipt and order number. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
